Summer Camp Details (We're looking for Young Horse Enthusiasts!):
We offer a weeklong camp (9 am - 3 pm daily) for young horse enthusiasts. Students will learn about horse safety, riding, horsemanship, grooming, barn chores, as well as proper use of equipment (tack). In addition to learning basic horse care, we also have time for arts & crafts, games, swimming, and more...
Age Range:
| Camp is available for participants 8-13 years of age. |
Dates:
| We are offering one week-long session in 2010: July 5-10, 2010. |
Cost:
| $250 per child ($100 deposit is due by June 21, 2010; balance is due on 1st day of camp) |
- Baseball Cap
- Jeans or long pants for riding
- Closed toe shoes (not optional)
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Insect Repellant
- Lawn Chair
- Extra set of clothes
- Any necessary medications, clearly labeled
- Lunch (drinks will be provided)
- A backpack to hold all these items would be a good idea.
